Matt Dent, Southend Labour councillor for business, culture, and tourism, was delighted to see the event’s success from last summer and is now looking forward to its return.
“On The Decks was one of the highlights of last summer on the Pier,” said Dent. “With the bank holiday weekend bringing sunshine and warm weather, it’s a fantastic opportunity for residents to head down to the Pier, have a drink, dance, and enjoy everything the Estuary has to offer.”
