On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the United States celebrates Veteran’s Day, a day dedicated to honoring those who have served in our military. In line with this tradition, numerous businesses across Florida are offering special discounts and freebies for veterans and active-duty service members.
Restaurants Offering Discounts
Many popular restaurants are stepping up to support the men and women who have served our country. For instance, Another Broken Egg Cafe is extending a generous offer: Veterans and active-duty members can enjoy a complimentary breakfast at participating locations with their valid military ID.
Applebees has also taken part in the festivities by providing veterans, reserves, National Guard, and active-duty service members with a complimentary full-size entrée from their special Veterans Day menu. The menu includes classic items such as a 6 oz Top Sirloin Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Tenders Platter, Double Crunch Shrimp, Fiesta Lime Chicken, Oriental Chicken Salad, Three-Cheese Chicken Penne, and Buffalo Wild Wings’ 10 free boneless wings and fries.

Benihana is offering veterans and active-duty service members a complimentary entrée worth up to $59 in value with their valid military ID. BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, on the other hand, provides free Chocolate Chunk Pizookie® to veterans dining in on Veteran’s Day 2025, with an added bonus of getting a free appetizer bounce-back for a future visit from November 12th to December 31st.
Chipotle and Chili’s Lead the Way
Chipotle is participating by offering guests a buy-one-get-one-free deal on entrees between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. at their participating locations, all with a valid military ID. Meanwhile, Chili’s Grill & Bar takes it a step further by providing veterans and active military members with a free meal on Veteran’s Day itself.
