In an exclusive interview, EastEnders actress Molly Rainford has opened up about a ‘low point’ she experienced during her participation in this year’s Race Across The World with her partner, radio and TV presenter Tyler West. The duo, who met on the BBC dance contest, are now engaged and vying for the title of champions.

The Race Across The World spans across the Caribbean and Pacific coast of Central America, presenting participants with a series of challenges that test both physical and mental strength. While Molly and Tyler faced some incredible highs – including stunning beach scenes in Panama and sumptuous Caribbean cuisine – they also encountered numerous lows.
From Disagreements to Bonding
Talking about the impact on their relationship, Tyler shared his thoughts: “People warned us beforehand that we might drive each other up the wall. However, it actually brought us closer together. We had meaningful conversations without constant distractions, which strengthened our bond.” Molly echoed similar sentiments, adding: “There was a particular moment where I felt very vulnerable and decided to open up to Tyler in a way I never had before.
